Our Mission
Garden State Adult Medical Day Care Center was incorporated in 2002 for the purpose of opening a Medical Adult Day Care Facility for the Essex County Population. The center provides a special Medical Program for adults who are eligible for Medicaid Day Care Program and who require assistance and rehabilitation during the day time.
Garden State Adult Medical Day Care Center provides, manages and coordinates comprehensive health and human services for the Essex County. The services provided are high quality and delivered in the manner consistent with the economic, cultural, and social needs of the community. The facility is maintaining a home-like atmosphere with experienced and respectful to our clients. The staff is always helping people remain independent as long as possible in their home environment.
